This project turned a catalog-style site into a fully transactional eCommerce store — where farmers, ranchers, and homesteaders can now design, price, and order a complete fencing system online, without waiting on a freight quote.

About the Project

Plastic Innovations is a family-owned American manufacturer based in Greeneville, Tennessee, producing the Timeless Fence System — Rigid PVC fence posts made from recycled window and door material that never rot, rust, or need insulators, backed by a twenty-year warranty.

The project included a complete WordPress redesign and a full WooCommerce rebuild, with up to 260 SKUs migrated from the client's existing store into a new, scalable catalog structure. The site was built around two distinct audiences — direct customers and authorized resellers — with tier pricing, tax-exempt purchasing, and a dedicated reseller application flow. A custom Fence Builder & Planner lets users configure an entire fencing system, price it, and check out in one session, while integrations with ShipperHQ, Clover, TaxJar, and Google Sheets automate shipping, payments, tax, and internal data workflows that were previously handled manually.

The result is a modern, conversion-focused eCommerce platform that removes the freight-quote bottleneck, supports both retail and wholesale journeys, and gives a small internal team a catalog they can actually manage.
