I’m Val Pas, a Digital Project Management Consultant who enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, structured plans. I focus on helping businesses improve their online presence by managing projects with precision and care. Since joining UPQODE, I’ve managed diverse website projects, including migrations and full redesigns, working closely with both clients and internal teams. I particularly enjoy bridging the gap between technical work and client expectations to make projects run smoothly.
One of my proudest achievements was guiding a large-scale website migration overnight without downtime, while improving performance and user experience. What inspires me most is seeing clients grow after a successful project and knowing that our work contributes to their business goals.
Outside of work, I love traveling, reading, and exploring new cities while always hunting for the best local coffee spots. I even created my own “coffee map” from different countries I’ve visited, combining travel with a small personal passion.
My motto is: “Clarity breeds confidence.” My goal is to continue helping companies scale digitally while building a flexible lifestyle that allows me to work from anywhere.
