Hi! I’m the Head of PMO, and I’m passionate about optimizing processes and making sure our company projects are delivered successfully.

My experience at the company:
I joined the company in November 2019 to manage a variety of web projects. Over time, my role evolved to focus on strengthening and expanding the Project Management Office. I introduced clearer structures, standardized workflows, and improved communication across teams.

Biggest achievement:
I’m proud to have helped increase our project delivery rate and broaden the PMO’s impact across all projects. By establishing structured processes and a consistent approach to project management, our team can now handle more complex projects with greater efficiency — which has led to higher client satisfaction and stronger internal collaboration.

What inspires me at work:
I love seeing the results of teamwork — when all the pieces of a complex project come together seamlessly and exceed client expectations. I’m also inspired by my colleagues: talented, responsible, and creative professionals who are always ready to share their expertise and support one another.

Personal interests:
Strength training, yoga, travel, and focusing on nutritional wellness.
