About the Project

ShipRock Management is a property management company operating across northern Minnesota, including Duluth/Twin Ports, St. Cloud, and the Iron Range. The company manages a large multi-market rental portfolio and serves three distinct audiences: prospective and current residents, property owners, and investors.

The goal of the project was to modernize ShipRock's digital presence with a tenant-first rental search experience, a credible Owners & Investors pathway, and a direct ShowMojo integration that keeps listings automatically in sync, replacing manual data entry with a single, reliable source of truth.
