I’m a Project Manager with over 4 years of experience in IT, and I’m passionate about building strong client relationships and guiding teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. I really enjoy turning complex challenges into structured, achievable steps.
I started my career at UPQODE as a Support/QA Engineer and gradually grew into a Project Manager role, now leading projects across the UPQODE/QODERS family. One of my proudest achievements has been successfully managing and delivering multiple complex design and development projects while maintaining strong client trust and long-term cooperation. What inspires me most at work is being in a dynamic environment where collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous growth drive both personal and team success.
Outside of work, I enjoy cycling and hiking in the mountains. My personal motto is: “Start with why” (Simon Sinek).
My goal is to continue growing as a leader who empowers teams and contributes to impactful projects that make a real difference. Some books I recommend are Start With Why by Simon Sinek and Thanks for the Feedback by Douglas Stone & Sheila Heen.
