Olga Trifonova

I am a digital project manager with a background in managing projects across audio software design, travel insurance, and content creation. I enjoy connecting creative and technical teams to deliver clear, well-structured digital projects that work in real life.

I’m inspired by working with diverse teams and clients, seeing ideas turn into complete projects, optimizing workflows, and witnessing the positive impact of those improvements, as well as building strong client relationships that bring people back to collaborate again.

I joined UPQODE in 2025 and quickly felt part of a professional, experienced, and friendly team. I enjoy the diversity of client industries and appreciate the clear, well-organized processes that make collaboration smooth and enjoyable.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, dancing bachata, traveling, and spending time in nature.

My favourite quote is: "The only impossible journey is the one you never begin," because it reminds me to embrace new challenges and enjoy the process of growth along the way.

Fun fact about me: I’ve always loved writing, consistently receiving top marks for my essays, winning first place in a university contest for the best fairy tale, and then earning the nickname ‘the golden pen’ at my first job.
