I’m a Project Manager with a QA background and a passion for turning chaos into clear, structured processes. I enjoy solving complex problems and helping teams work efficiently and harmoniously.

I have experience in project management, working with WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify, along with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and a good understanding of frontend logic.

I joined UPQODE over 5 years ago as a QA specialist. After spending 4 years in that role, I transitioned into Project Management. For the past year, I’ve been leading various web projects, focusing on quality, meeting deadlines, and ensuring client satisfaction.

I’m proud of building transparent communication with clients and establishing trust within the teams I lead. It’s been rewarding to grow in my new role and see the impact I’ve had on the success of our projects.

What inspires me most here are the constant opportunities to grow, the variety of projects, and the amazing colleagues who are always ready to support. There’s room here for both responsibility and initiative, which keeps me motivated every day.

Outside of work, I love reading — especially science fiction and popular science books — and playing board games. One of my favorite quotes is: “Every complex challenge starts with a single confident step.”

My professional goal is to become the kind of manager trusted with the most challenging projects. Personally, I aim to raise smart, happy, and kind children who confidently follow their own path.
