I’m a Customer Support Agent, and I love helping customers feel like product pros. Clear and effective communication with customers is at the heart of what I do.

I joined the company 2.5 years ago as a support worker, and I really enjoy guiding customers and showing them how to use our products effectively. Over time, I’ve improved my CSS skills and can now resolve some tickets independently, without needing a developer’s help.

Outside of work, I enjoy puzzles, Lego, and other activities that involve fine motor skills.

One of my favorite quotes is: “The sky is the limit.”

My goal is to keep growing, both in my work and in life.
